This place has fantastic pizza and great service. We discovered it through RI Lord of the Pies. We've already been back. The pizza tastes so fresh and there are a lot of great options. You can also order slices, have take and bake, and buy sauce and other items. Definitely some of the best tasting pizza we've had with high quality ingredients.

5 star food and quality 3 star price point so much competition nearby and PG is priced at almost a 50% premium that we can't seem to understand if menu was more fairly priced, we'd be here literally everyday vs once a week Eastside/Mike's salads: $7-8 PG salads: $12+ portions = less at PG too

I personally love this pizza, thinner crust but not too thin. Great dough, sauce(s), toppings always excellent. Great even the next day, throw leftovers in the toaster oven, like fresh again. Order take out periodically, never had an issue. Favorites are Chicken Roni and Rajin Cajun.

Pizza Gourmet has a very distinct style of pizza that's pretty unique for Providence. It's thin-crust, grilled pizza, but it tastes pretty different from Flatbread. The crust is chewy rather than fluffy. I'm a huge fan of both! Pizza Gourmet has perfected their sauce and cheese blend, so you really can't go wrong with any of the specialty pizzas. I like the simple peasant, pear gorgonzola, mediterranean, or margarita. The greek salad pizza (a cheese pizza with greek salad on top) is also a great option if you can't choose between salad and pizza! They do go pretty heavy on the cheese, so quick warning that you may feel kind of weighed down after eating here--but it's worth it! I haven't tried the sandwiches or pasta. The few times I've been in the physical restaurant, I've noticed that they offer a cool variety of gourmet chips, sodas, etc. There's also a take-and-bake option if you want to recreate the deliciousness at home. Everyone in Providence should at least try Pizza Gourmet once to expand your Providence pizza horizons!
